The Holiday Inn Express Durham-UNH was a comfortable and welcoming retreat during my recent trip to Durham, NH. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including allowing my medium/large dog for a nominal fee. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge, which I found quite convenient. The bed was cozy, and the water pressure for showering was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep in the plush duvet-covered bed.The location of the hotel near the University of New Hampshire was perfect for exploring the area. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made me feel right at home, and the breakfast offered a nourishing start to the day with a good selection. I appreciated the little touches like the bedside outlets and channel guide, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel's proximity to shopping and dining options made it convenient to venture out and explore the quaint town of Portsmouth. The 24-hour front desk services and laundry facilities were a great convenience, especially when we had to unexpectedly leave early one morning.
